Chester was beautiful

We got up early for our day in Chester - a worrying taxi ride (one of the taxi drivers didn't know he was taking people to Euston) and an 8.15 am train. A ride through the English countryside, a change at Crewe, and a visit to Chester.

We loved our day in Chester. We were welcomed by a great group of people, walked along the city wall  ('CALL THIS A WALL?' said the Abu Dis boys, seeing it as very small), were welcomed by the Mayor and boys from the Lache football team. Played football, visited the Northampton ground, visited Ellesmere Port and spoke to a packed room - the audience were very interested.

We had a great day in Chester, thank you all.
