We spent two busy days in Pendle which is a borough including a number of small towns (Nelson, Colne, Brierfield). A special thank you to Richard for all the driving.
Our young people did powerful presentations several times in each school they visited, and the young people who listened to them seemed to start knowing very little about Palestine and must have learned a lot.
On the Monday evening, the Pendle-Beit Leed group organised a great event, bringing people young and old together to meet and listen to the young people from Palestine. Thanks to the youth drama group, the choir and the young person who sang, too - it was a memorable evening.
